Senior Full Stack Developer (Go + React.js)

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Go microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Build modular, responsive React.js interfaces using modern state management techniques.
• Own features through requirements analysis, system design, coding, containerization, testing, and deployment.
• Implement background data synchronization routines, device integrations, and platform services.
• Integrate enterprise authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth2/OIDC, Keycloak, and RBAC, across APIs and UI modules.
• Write unit-tested code, conduct code reviews, debug distributed applications, and optimize API latency and frontend rendering performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, and QA engineers to deliver robust enterprise release packages.
• Gather requirements with product engineering, product management, and sales teams.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional software development experience, including at least 3 years focused on full-stack web applications and microservices.
• Deep hands-on experience building production-grade Go services, including Go idioms, goroutines, channels, and explicit error handling.
• Solid modern React expertise, including Hooks, Context API, state management, and REST API integration.
• Experience designing SQL schemas with PostgreSQL or MySQL, optimizing queries, and applying REST API standards.
• Practical Docker experience, Git workflows, unit testing, and debugging distributed applications.
• Able to work independently, solve programming problems, lead a team with diverse technical backgrounds, communicate requirements, and adapt to changing projects.

Preferred experience

• Kubernetes, Helm, or enterprise container management is a strong plus.
• Keycloak, OIDC, OAuth2 Proxy, or SAML authentication familiarity is a strong plus.
• OVA package delivery, air-gapped enterprise environments, Java/Spring Boot, and system-level integrations are additional pluses.
