The Job

• Handle end-to-end visa application processing for UAE operations.
• Guide customers on visa requirements, documentation, and profile creation.
• Review and verify applications to ensure accuracy and compliance with visa guidelines.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to unlock new destinations for the UAE market, driving business expansion and market growth.
• Identify issues during the application process and resolve them proactively.
• Track application progress and provide timely updates to customers.
• Maintain confidentiality of client data
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows and customer experience.

The Ideal Candidate

• **Experience:** 3+ years of experience in visa operations, travel operations, customer support, or related operational roles.
• **Detail-Oriented & Organised:** You possess an exceptional eye for detail and can manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks.
• **Strong Communicator:** You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to provide clear instructions and updates to customers.
• **Problem Solver & Quick Thinker:** You have the ability to think on the spot and provide practical solutions during operational challenges.
• **Tech-Savvy:** You are comfortable working with computers and digital tools, able to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
• **Passion for Travel & Immigration:** You have a genuine interest in the travel and immigration sectors and are excited about contributing to a more connected world.
