Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and deliver complex user facing features using modern TypeScript and React frameworks
- Participate in technical design discussions, review proposals, and influence frontend architecture
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX to extend and refine our component library, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and performance
- Rotate across feature work, performance optimizations, tooling improvements, and design system tasks
- Champion automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code review best practices
- Evaluate new libraries, propose refactors, and introduce tooling that boosts productivity across the frontend guild
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, building production grade web applications
- Expertise in TypeScript and React (or comparable component based framework) plus modern CSS techniques (Flexbox, Grid, pre /post processors)
- Solid grasp of basic data structures and how they work
- Familiarity with automated testing (unit, integration, E2E) and CI/CD pipelines
- Comfort collaborating in agile teams, participating in code reviews, and writing clear technical documentation

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Build and Ship Features: Design, code, test, and deliver complex user facing features using modern TypeScript and React frameworks.
- Architectural Conversations: Participate in technical design discussions, review proposals, and influence frontend architecture.
- Shape the Design System: Collaborate closely with UI/UX to extend and refine our component library, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and performance.
- Select Your Work Streams: Rotate across feature work, performance optimizations, tooling improvements, and design system tasks—picking areas where you add the most value.
- Drive Code Quality: Champion automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code review best practices that keep our release cadence fast and safe.
- Improve Developer Experience: Evaluate new libraries, propose refactors, and introduce tooling that boosts productivity across the frontend guild.
