Senior Front-End Developer (On-Site, Dubai)

We're a fast-growing startup looking for a talented Senior Front-End Developer to own the entire frontend experience of our product.

This is a unique opportunity to be the driving force behind our user interface, working directly with our backend developer to bring our vision to life.

You'll have complete autonomy over frontend decisions, architecture, and implementation—making this an ideal role for someone who loves wearing multiple hats and thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

You'll be instrumental in shaping how our users interact with our product from day one.

As our sole frontend developer, you'll be responsible for the full spectrum of frontend development.

You'll transform detailed Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and delightful user interfaces that users will love.

You'll architect our frontend codebase from the ground up, making critical decisions about structure, tooling, and best practices that will set the foundation for our product's growth.

Working closely with our backend developer, you'll collaborate on API design and integration to ensure seamless data flow and optimal performance.

Beyond coding, you'll own the entire frontend experience—from performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility to accessibility and user experience refinement.

You'll have the freedom to experiment, iterate quickly, and make decisions that directly impact our product's success.

Your technical toolkit should include strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks and styling solutions.

Comfortable with Git and collaborative workflows (e.g., GitFlow, pull requests).

We're looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in frontend development.

A strong portfolio showcasing complex, well-architected web applications and pixel-perfect UI implementations is essential.

Beyond technical skills, we value problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
