About This Role
Job Purpose
Supporting the daily operations of Barnes’ franchise branches and ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards by coordinating with internal departments and providing franchisees with support regarding operational updates, marketing campaigns, and supply needs.
This role ensures operational consistency and contributes to maintaining service excellence across the franchise network.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the implementation of franchise operational procedures and ensuring compliance with brand standards
- Acting as a point of contact for franchisees to address and resolve operational challenges
- Assisting in the rollout of new products and seasonal campaigns, ensuring franchisee alignment
- Coordinating with the supply chain department to track raw material requests and delivery schedules for franchisees
- Monitoring operational feedback and corrective action plans resulting from audits and reports
- Providing operational reports and performance analysis to the Operations Manager regarding compliance and branch efficiency
- Supporting the training team in conducting update sessions or onboarding new employees as needed
- Ensuring timely communication of operational updates and adjustments to standardized procedures to franchisees
- Achieving the financial targets of the franchise department by monitoring revenue performance, supporting franchisees in meeting sales objectives, and contributing to the overall financial growth and sustainability of the franchise network.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
4 - 6 years of experience in franchise operations or the retail sector, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
