Senior Fragrance Brand Launch Manager – Luxury Perfume (UAE/GCC)
About This Role
We are launching a luxury perfume brand and looking for someone with real experience in building fragrance/beauty brands (not retail sales).
You will:
Lead scent development with perfumers (briefing, testing, refining)
Define brand positioning (target, pricing, competitive angle)
Shape the product concept (USP, hero product strategy)
Direct bottle, packaging, and overall visual identity
Build and execute launch strategy (GCC focus: online + retail)
Select and coordinate suppliers (fragrance, packaging, production)
Contribute to brand storytelling and launch campaigns
You must have:
10+ years experience in fragrance / beauty / luxury brand development
Proven track record in launching or scaling a brand
Worked with fragrance houses (e.g. Givaudan, Firmenich)
Strong sense of luxury branding + GCC market understanding
Not for:
Store sellers / retail staff
Pure marketers without product experience
Salary: AED 8,000 – 14,000 (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
