The experienced Senior FP&A Analyst will own financial planning for a fast-scaling, multi-entity group; this is the company's only FP&A role.
The role owns forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling end to end, working with finance leadership and senior stakeholders.
The team is building multi-entity systems, controls and reporting; improving cash-flow, margin and unit-economics insight; integrating acquired entities; and automating finance workflows.
Forecasting and modelling
- Own group-level forecasts across revenue, headcount, costs and cash flow.
- Build and maintain models for planning and investment decisions.
- Analyse performance trends and highlight risks, opportunities and drivers.
- Lead scenario modelling, long-range planning and sensitivity analysis.
Business partnering and reporting
- Work with functional leaders to understand performance, risks and future requirements; translate insight into actionable recommendations.
- Provide commercial input on new initiatives and operational decisions, supporting decisions with high-quality data.
- Produce monthly reporting packs with commentary, analysis and a clear narrative.
- Track revenue, margins, unit economics and operational KPIs; improve reporting processes, dashboards and data visibility.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure output accuracy and consistency.
Building the FP&A function
- Build scalable FP&A tools, processes and reporting frameworks; run the budgeting cycle and standardise planning across teams.
- Partner with Management Accounting on performance reviews, month-end insight and variance analysis.
- Strengthen financial governance and planning discipline across the business.
About you
- Significant experience in FP&A, commercial finance or strategic analysis.
- Startup or scale-up experience is sought; having built or rebuilt an FP&A function is ideal.
- Strong financial modelling capability and advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Able to analyse complex data and turn it into clear recommendations; experienced partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
- Strong understanding of revenue models, costs, margins and operational metrics.
- Analytical, commercially minded and intellectually curious; comfortable with high-growth environments and shifting priorities.
- A self-starter who enjoys building structure, improving tools and driving clarity.
