About the Role:
Where Is Harry’s Dining and Services W.L.L. is seeking an experienced and customer focused Senior Food and Beverage Manager to oversee dining operations in Doha, Ad Dawhah. This role focuses on ensuring smooth restaurant operations, enhancing guest experience, and supporting overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure efficiency and service quality
• Guest Experience: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and handle guest concerns when needed
• Team Supervision: Manage and support staff to maintain productivity and service standards
• Quality Control: Ensure food and service quality meet company standards
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers
• Performance Tracking: Track operational performance and support improvements

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Relevant experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or restaurant management
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
• Education: Degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of restaurant operations and customer service
• Leadership: Ability to manage teams and oversee daily operations
