Senior Florist (Luxury Events & Retail)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all floral design operations as a **Head Florist**
• Design and execute **luxury floral arrangements** for events, weddings, and corporate functions
• Create **high-end, creative bouquets and customized floral concepts**
• Handle **flower shop operations** including daily sales and walk-in client requirements
• Manage and process orders through **online portals and e-commerce platforms**
• Maintain **inventory management** (stock control, wastage reduction, procurement planning)
• Ensure proper **flower care, handling, and storage** to maintain premium quality
• Coordinate with event teams for **luxury event management and execution**
• Build and maintain relationships with **high-end clients and corporate customers**
• Train and supervise junior florists and shop staff
• Stay updated with **latest floral trends, designs, and international styles**

Requirements

• Proven experience as a **Senior Florist / Head Florist**
• Strong knowledge of **flowers, arrangements, and seasonal availability**
• Expertise in **luxury bouquet design and event styling**
• Experience handling **online orders and floral shop systems**
• Excellent **creativity and attention to detail**
• Strong **communication and client-handling skills**
• Ability to work under pressure for **high-end events and deadlines**
• Prior experience in **luxury floral brands or event companies** is a strong advantage
