Senior Florist + Event Balloon Artist
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented SENIOR FLORIST WHO CAN DO EVENT BALLOON DESIGNING to join our team in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for color, balance, and design, and is passionate about creating high-quality floral and balloon arrangements for premium clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create floral arrangements and balloon installations for events, retail, and custom orders
- Execute balloon arches, backdrops, garlands, and luxury installations
- Prepare bouquets and floral designs to brand standards
- Handle customer requests professionally and creatively
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and care of flowers, balloons, and tools
- Assist with event setup and on-site installations when required
- Work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum 3**+ years of experience** in floristry and balloon installations
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
- Flexible and able to work in a **fast-paced, luxury environment**
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
