The Senior Florist role covers staffing, florist team standards, order fulfillment, flower deliveries, inventory, creative design, and facility upkeep.
Responsibilities
- Oversee staffing schedules to ensure sufficient cover for day-to-day and peak trading periods for digital and retail teams.
- Train and mentor florists and ensure standards are upheld.
- Oversee daily order fulfillment so orders are completed promptly and punctually.
- Oversee weekly flower orders and conditioning of deliveries.
- Create more creative designs and assist with designing and creating new product lines.
- Oversee product inventory and delegate supply ordering as needed.
- Ensure the facility center is kept clean and tidy by the team.
- Assist with promotional materials.
Experience requirement
- One year of florist experience is required.
