Job Summary
Saftex Safety & Technical Solutions W.L.L. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Fire Safety Operations Manager to lead fire safety operations, technical service delivery, and safety compliance initiatives in Doha.
This role is ideal for a strategic operations leader with expertise in fire protection systems, safety management, and operational coordination.

What you'll do
- Lead fire safety and technical operations across multiple projects and client sites
- Oversee installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire protection systems
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service quality and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, technical standards, and operational policies
- Manage technical teams, supervisors, and operational support staff
- Monitor KPIs, service performance, operational costs, and project timelines
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities on safety-related matters
- Support emergency preparedness planning and risk management initiatives
- Drive process improvement and operational optimization activities
- Prepare operational reports, schedules, and resource planning documentation
Requirements
- Experience in fire safety operations, technical services, or safety management
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Knowledge of fire protection systems, safety compliance, and operational procedures
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple operational priorities and project timelines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety Management, Technical Services, or related field preferred or equivalent experience
