Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Fusion workstreams across Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Quote to Cash, and Project to Close; document workflows and functional specifications.
• Support configuration for accounts, calendars, ledgers, business units, payment terms, tax rules, and approval hierarchies.
• Coordinate testing for Salesforce, Workday, Oracle Fusion, EPM, Apex, and third-party integrations; troubleshoot issues and work with Oracle support.
• Support Oracle EPM Cloud, Apex rollouts, finance transformation projects, configuration, testing, training, and capitalization documentation.
• Develop test scripts and coordinate UAT, regression tests, test environments, defect tracking, test results, and sign-offs.
• Create and deliver role-based end-user training, guides, tutorials, FAQs, and post-training support.
• Support production systems, implementation activities, maintenance, troubleshooting, user support, and up to 90 days of go-live hypercare.
• Monitor adoption and support trends, maintain process documentation, and identify improvement and automation opportunities.
• Use GPT, Claude, and Gemini for work materials; help validate AI agent outputs and prepare training for AI-enhanced workflows.
• Gather feedback from Accounting SMEs and prioritize enhancement requests.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, or business process analysis.
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion Financial Management experience, or experience with Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, SAP, NetSuite, or a comparable ERP.
• Experience coordinating UAT, writing test scripts, managing defects, and designing and delivering end-user training.
• Knowledge of core financial processes, Oracle Fusion configuration and reporting, testing methods, and strong Excel skills.
• Oracle EPM Cloud or comparable planning-platform knowledge is required; SQL is a plus. Experience with Oracle Apex rollouts and capitalization requirements is also listed.
• Working knowledge of LLM capabilities and productivity use, plus basic understanding of AI agents and solution validation.
• Strong documentation, communication, facilitation, coaching, listening, problem-solving, adaptability, and customer-service skills.

Compensation

• The stated salary range is $89,000–$135,750; no pay cadence is specified.
