Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

Role summary

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring financial and operational reports, dashboards, and management reporting packages.
• Review financial reports and underlying data for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and reasonableness.
• Coordinate reporting enhancements and ad hoc requests; support financial data review and operational analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, system implementations, data management, and financial models.
• Identify reporting automation and workflow improvements, reduce manual effort, and strengthen consistency.
• Train report users on reporting tools and processes; handle confidential data with integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a similar field required.
• Three to five years of experience in financial reporting or financial accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
• CPA preferred.

Work environment

• The role requires regular attendance and physical presence at work and operates in a professional office environment.
• Travel requirements are minimal.
• The employee may be asked to perform additional duties to meet business needs.

Compensation

• Annual salary range: USD 72,600–90,800.
