Senior Financial Analyst – Strategic Procurement

• Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; hours may vary.

Responsibilities

• Analyze spending trends, vendor contracts, and procurement activity to identify savings opportunities.
• Support vendor negotiations, contract evaluations, and procurement strategies.
• Assist with operating and capital budget analysis, forecasting, and expenditure tracking.
• Develop financial reports, dashboards, and recommendations for leadership.
• Partner with departments to improve processes, efficiency, and financial transparency.

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, public administration, or a related field.
• Five years of professional experience in finance, budgeting, procurement, analytics, or related work.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.

Technical skills and knowledge

• Financial analysis and budgeting.
