Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and analytical **Senior Financial Analyst** to join our team in Doha.
This role is ideal for a finance professional who excels at transforming complex financial data into actionable insights that drive business performance and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and investment decisions
- Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
- Conduct variance analysis and identify key performance drivers
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management
- Analyze market trends and financial data to support business growth initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance
- Support month-end closing and financial reporting processes
- Enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and data visualization methods
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Professional certification (CFA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance
- Strong expertise in financial modeling and data analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP, or similar)
- Solid understanding of IFRS and financial reporting principles
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
