What you’ll do
- Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to oversee and refine the internal financial model.
- Execute forecasting, budget planning, and KPI reporting processes.
- Provide financial analysis support to operations and sales.
- Calculate and report sales commissions with internal teams.
- Establish, document, and implement procedures as needed.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
- Strong financial analysis, organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Ability to work accurately and on time with minimal supervision and follow through on commitments.
- Good written and verbal communication and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of Sage Intacct and Salesforce is a plus.
