Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Financial Accountant role based in Riyadh.

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Financial Accountant to strengthen our Finance Department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, managing cost allocations, and preparing financial schedules required for internal management and external auditors.

The ideal candidate must possess strong technical accounting knowledge, hands-on bookkeeping experience, and a thorough understanding of financial statement preparation and audit requirements.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Finance and Financial Reporting, with the ability to interpret and communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Advanced experience in preparing, analyzing, and reviewing Financial Statements in line with relevant accounting standards.
Experience with project-based accounting and cost center management within ERP systems
Ability to independently review accounting entries, maintain the General Ledger, perform reconciliations, and generate financial reports from

Focus ERP

Demonstrated Analytical Skills, including variance analysis, cost control, and project-based financial analysis.
Solid understanding of internal controls, audit requirements, and compliance with local financial regulations and tax laws.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial analysis tools, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and support multiple stakeholders.
Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and manage priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) is preferred.
