Role overview
Newly created Senior Finance Manager role with broad oversight of financial control and day-to-day fund operations.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and review outsourced fund administration, property accounting, and tax advisory work.
- Lead financial reporting, including NAV calculations.
- Manage cash-flow forecasting and financing arrangements.
- Assist with compliance.
- Liaise with internal finance and compliance teams, investment partners, external accountants and auditors, and bankers.
Requirements
- CA or CPA qualified.
- Relevant client experience in funds or the property sector as a Financial Manager or Senior Financial Manager.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, initiative, and a proactive, positive approach to work.
Compensation
- Advertised compensation is $170,000–$190,000 plus superannuation, a 20% bonus, and share options. The pay cadence is not stated.
