Senior Finance Clerk is a part-time role supporting financial operations and accurate recordkeeping.

Responsibilities
- Process and record financial transactions; assist with financial planning.
- Prepare and review financial reports and reconcile accounts.
- Monitor expenditures, support budget preparation, and help ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Respond to finance-related questions from internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong finance and financial reporting skills for transactions, documentation, and analysis.
- Solid financial planning and analytical skills to contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decisions.
- Clear, professional communication skills.
- Proficiency with accounting software, spreadsheets, and general office applications.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles, reconciliation processes, and financial controls.
- Ability to work independently, manage part-time schedules, and maintain confidentiality.
Experience and education
- Previous finance or accounting support experience is beneficial, ideally in real estate or property management.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred.
