Role Description
The Senior FF&E Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, responsible for leading end-to-end FF&E procurement for complex hospitality and real estate projects.
This role oversees project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution, ensuring alignment with client requirements, design intent, and brand standards from concept through to installation.
Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with designers, owners, operators, suppliers, and internal teams; managing RFQs, tenders, and purchase orders; and tracking production, quality inspections, logistics, and installation milestones.
The Senior FF&E Project Manager will monitor project risks, maintain accurate documentation and reporting via the IFECT platform, and drive continuous improvement in processes and supplier performance.
The role also involves mentoring junior team members and contributing to best practices, templates, and standards across the project management function.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including Project Management and experience leading FF&E/OS&E scopes from concept through installation.
- Demonstrated expediting capabilities, including Expeditor and Expediting skills to drive timely production, approvals, and deliveries.
- Experience with inspection and quality control, including Inspection skills to verify compliance with specifications, samples, and mock-ups.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management, including coordination of shipping, warehousing, and on-site delivery sequencing for multiple projects.
- Several years of experience in hospitality or high-end real estate FF&E/OS&E procurement and project delivery, ideally in an international environment.
- Ability to read and interpret design documentation, specifications, and schedules, with a strong eye for detail and design integrity.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- High level of proficiency with project management and procurement software platforms;
