Overview
We're looking for a Senior Female Hairstylist with strong blonde and balayage expertise to join our salon, someone who already operates at a high level in lightening, dimension, and colour placement, and who wants to do that work in a studio that takes both hair health and client experience seriously.
You'll consult with clients to understand not just what they want, but how they want to feel.
You'll deliver advanced cuts, balayage, blonding, and colour correction tailored to their hair and lifestyle, recommend the right at-home care, and help build the kind of long-term client relationships that make a chair a destination, not a transaction.
You'll also play a role in mentoring junior team members and shaping the creative direction of our service offering.
What We'Re Looking For
- Demonstrated experience as a senior or lead stylist in a premium or high-end salon environment
- Strong, confident blonde and balayage technique — lightening, toning, dimension, and colour correction
- Solid technical range across cutting and styling for a variety of hair types and textures
- Genuine consultation skills — you listen first, and you know how to manage expectations with confidence
- A collaborative spirit; you mentor, you don't gatekeep
- Sharp attention to detail and the composure to manage a full, fast-moving book
- A real interest in staying current — trends, techniques, ongoing training
- Fluent English; additional languages are a strong plus given our international clientele
- Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
