We are seeking an experienced Senior Feasibility Manager to lead feasibility studies and market assessments for a diverse portfolio of developments, including hospitality, residential, healthcare, and mixed-use projects.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, in-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate and hospitality sectors, and hands-on experience with market research, financial feasibility analysis, and development planning.
Experience
with EstateMaster is highly preferred.
Key Requirements
- Lead and manage feasibility studies for hospitality, residential, healthcare, mixed-use, and commercial developments.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive benchmarking to identify market trends, demand drivers, supply analysis, and investment opportunities.
- Evaluate project viability through detailed financial modelling, development appraisals, and investment analysis.
- Prepare feasibility reports, highest and best use studies, market assessments, and business cases for new developments and acquisitions.
- Develop project revenue projections, cost assessments, ROI analysis, IRR calculations, NPV analysis, and sensitivity scenarios.
- Assess hospitality projects including hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and branded residences.
- Collaborate with Development, Design, Finance, Sales, and Asset Management teams to support strategic decision-making.
- Utilize EstateMaster and other feasibility software to develop development feasibility models and scenario analyses.
- Monitor UAE market trends, economic indicators, regulatory changes, and industry developments impacting real estate and hospitality sectors.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management, investors, and stakeholders.
- Support land acquisition evaluations, portfolio assessments, and strategic planning initiatives.
Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA, Real Estate, Finance, or related discipline) is an advantage. Minimum 12-15 years of experience in feasibility analysis, development consultancy, market research, real estate advisory, or investment analysis.
- Proven experience conducting feasibility studies for Hotels and hospitality developments, Residential projects, Hospitals and healthcare facilities, Mixed-use developments
- Strong UAE market knowledge and experience working within the UAE real estate sector.
- Experience with EstateMaster is highly preferred.
- Advanced financial modelling and investment appraisal skills.
- Strong understanding of development economics, market dynamics, and real estate valuation principles.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and report-writing skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
