Senior Facade Engineer / Design Manager

Overview

• Hiring \| Design Manager – Façade Consultancy (Dubai)
• As a founder of a Dubai-registered façade design consultancy, I am looking to personally appoint an experienced Design Manager to join our growing local team.
• We work closely with developers, consultants, and contractors on high-rise and technically complex projects across the UAE.
• This role is designed for a senior professional already well established in the UAE market, who is comfortable leading client-facing design discussions and resolving façade-related technical matters.
• This position would suit someone who:
• Has 5+ years of professional experience in the UAE within façade consultancy or major façade contracting
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering (or above), with locally recognised designer accreditation
• Has worked at well-known façade consultants or contractors in the UAE, at Design Manager level or above
• Has direct experience working with major UAE developers such as Aldar, Emaar, DAMAC, Dubai Holding, or similar
• Is confident in client communication, technical coordination, and design decision-making
• Is fluent in English; Arabic communication skills are a strong advantage
