Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily export operations to ensure timely shipment execution.
- Prepare, verify, and manage export documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, and other shipping documents.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarders, transporters, and customs brokers.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Customs regulations and international export procedures.
- Monitor shipment schedules and resolve operational issues to avoid delays.
- Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams for smooth cargo movement.
- Ensure all export transactions comply with company policies and international trade regulations.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and prepare operational reports.
- Supervise and guide junior export staff to achieve departmental objectives.
- Handle customer complaints and provide prompt solutions.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve export processes and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **5–6 Years of experience in Export Operations (Saudi Arabia experience is mandatory)**
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Customs regulations and export documentation.
- **Experience in freight forwarding, shipping, and logistics operations.**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience working with ERP or logistics management software is an advantage.
- **Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping procedures.**
- Experience in handling sea, air, and land export shipments.
- Familiarity with SABER, FASAH, and Saudi trade regulations is an added advantage.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are preferred.
- **Strong expertise in export operations, including Export and Import Export procedures and documentation.**
- **Experience in freight Forwarding and coordination with logistics partners and service providers.**
- Knowledge of Ocean freight processes, carrier interactions, and shipping schedules.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and resolve issues promptly.
