About the Role
Riyadh is rapidly becoming a global hub for exhibitions and large scale business events and at TradeLink Expo Arabia we bring international standards to every project we deliver.
We specialize in organizing high impact trade expos corporate showcases and industry networking events across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region.
We are looking for a Senior Expo Events Manager who can take full ownership of event planning execution and on ground delivery.
You will not only manage logistics but also shape the overall attendee and exhibitor experience ensuring every event runs with precision and impact.
You will lead coordination between vendors partners and internal teams to deliver world class expo experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Event Leadership :Manage end to end planning and execution of expo events including timelines budgets and deliverables
Vendor Coordination: Work closely with logistics providers booth contractors and service partners to ensure smooth operations
Onsite Management: Oversee event setup execution and breakdown ensuring high quality delivery under tight deadlines
Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with sponsors exhibitors and internal leadership to align expectations and outcomes
Operational Planning: Develop detailed event plans including floor layouts schedules and resource allocation
Team Coordination: Lead and support on ground staff and junior coordinators during event cycles
Quality Control: Ensure all event elements meet company standards and client expectations
What We Are Looking For?
Experience
Minimum 6 years in event management expo coordination or large scale corporate events with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
Portfolio: Proven experience managing large exhibitions trade shows or business conferences with measurable outcomes
Skills
Strong ability in project coordination vendor management budgeting and operational planning
Mindset: Highly organized solution oriented and able to perform under pressure in fast moving environments
Pay: ﷼14,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per month
