Role overview

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent; a combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Prior leadership experience in a technology company is required.
• Requires 6+ years of technical development management experience, including 4+ years as an Oracle practitioner.
• Experience should include planning, installation, configuration, and implementation of enterprise-wide, server-based computing environments.
• Full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementation knowledge is required; HCM experience is preferred.
• Expertise across Oracle EBS applications, modules, interfaces, and integrations with external applications is required.
• Oracle HCM or Hyperion experience is a plus.

Technical and professional skills

• Skills include Oracle EBS modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, and SCM, and Oracle implementation experience across tracks.
• Use Application Implementation Methodology (AIM) and demonstrate functional and technical application knowledge.
• Technical tools include PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Oracle Discoverer, Oracle Form Builder, Oracle Report Builder, and application framework personalization.
• Arabic and English interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are required.
• Planning, budgeting, prioritization, leadership, project management, teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Define Oracle application team responsibilities and relationships among teams.
• Classify problems and assign them to appropriate teams.
• Monitor high-level application plans and approve detailed plans, timeframes, resource availability, and risk factors.
• Manage vendors for Oracle application projects and monitor technical deliverables.
• Report project status to senior management and coordinate with other area team leaders on integrations.
• Run in-house Oracle implementations, address functional and technical issues, and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
