Primary responsibilities
- Understand client briefs and contribute to brainstorming, ideation, and user interface design explorations.
- Plan user experiences, prepare use cases, and develop wireframes.
- Create user interface designs using current platform innovations and technology developments.
- Guide team members and provide design references and direction.
- Present work to senior clients and own creative quality control.
- Direct usability testing and assessment.
- Design responsive, adaptive, mobile, tablet, and PWA interfaces with detailed specifications.
- Create visual designs, layouts, iconography, and interactive solutions aligned with brand identity.
- Design multi-channel services and experiences and address complex functional specifications.
- Manage production design and assets for assigned projects.
Additional responsibilities
Communicate with the team to help manage concepts and milestone objectives.
Participate in process and ways-of-working improvements.
Contribute ideas for internal projects and design guidelines.
Work experience and education
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in human-computer interaction, interaction design, digital media design, or a related design field.
- Hands-on UX, UI, and visual design experience through the product development cycle of launched web, mobile, or software applications.
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant design work.
- Experience with standard user-centered design methodologies.
- Experience designing mobile and web applications.
Knowledge and skills
- Passion for user-centered design practices and attention to detail.
- Strong graphic user interface design experience.
- Ability to solve problems creatively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with design tools.
