Overview
- Familiar with export and import schedule with PIL own service and outsider feeder service.
- Receiving pre-notice from POL or contact POL for potential transshipment, and checking the latest export voyage which can be connected.
- Prepare transshipment documents for the shipping agent.
- Possess knowledge of customs and trade, and need to liaise with terminal personnel regarding the entry and exit of cargo at the station/boarding, as well as special considerations for transshipment of special cargo.
- Confirm whether all arranged transshipments are successfully connected
- Prepare transshipment-related reports
- Assist in handling tasks assigned by the supervisor
