Senior Sales Executive
will play a key role in expanding the presence of
bilArabi
across schools in Lebanon.
The role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with school leaders and decision-makers, and guiding schools through the evaluation and adoption process.
This is a senior, market-facing role that requires an individual with an
established network and strong connections with schools in Lebanon
.
The successful candidate will be expected to leverage theses connections to secure access to key stakeholders and supporting the growth of bilArabi in the market.
The Senior Sales Executive will represent bilArabi to schools, build relationships with key decision-makers, and lead the sales process from initial engagement through contract signing.
Product Specialists will provide pedagogical support when required.
Requirements
- **Established network and strong relationships with K–12 schools in Lebanon**
- , with the ability to access and engage key decision-makers.
- Having relationships with schools in UAE/KSA is a plus.
- Minimum
- 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- , with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in the
Education Sector
- ; familiarity with Arabic language programs, curriculum solutions, or educational technology is an advantage.
- **Fluency in Arabic and English**
- (spoken and written).
- Willingness and ability to
- travel regularly across Lebanon
- (Regional travel within the GCC may be required) for school visits and meetings.
- **Bachelor's degree**
- in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Business Development & School Engagement
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities with schools across Lebanon.
- Leverage existing relationships and networks to secure meetings with school decision-makers, including principals, academic leaders, and Arabic department heads.
- Conduct presentations of bilArabi and its components to prospective schools.
- Represent the company at meetings, events, and other activities aimed at generating new leads and strengthening market presence.
Sales Management & Deal Closure
- Own and manage sales opportunities from initial engagement through to contract signing.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective schools to achieve annual sales targets.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with schools within approved company guidelines.
- Generate and qualify sales opportunities while working closely with the Presales team to maintain pipeline visibility and support proposal development.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and activity updates to the General Manager.
Collaboration & Market Intelligence
- Coordinate with Product Specialists when schools require detailed pedagogical discussions or curriculum presentations.
- Collaborate with distributors and other partners to expand market coverage and ensure smooth order fulfillment following contract award.
- Gather and share market intelligence, including competitor activity, customer feedback, and emerging opportunities, to inform business strategy and future growth initiatives.
