Position Overview

The Executive / Sr.

Executive – HR Operations will be responsible for executing end-to-end HR operational processes for the assigned region.

This includes managing employee data, coordinating payroll inputs, ensuring compliance, handling exit formalities, and resolving employee queries.

The role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to statutory and organizational policies while delivering a seamless employee experience.

Job Purpose

To take complete ownership of HR operations for the region by maintaining accurate employee records, processing payroll inputs, managing compliance, and supporting employees throughout their lifecycle.

The role focuses on operational excellence, governance, and timely service delivery.

HR Operations Execution

  • Execute all HR operational activities for the region in alignment with corporate policies and statutory norms.
  • Ensure timely submission of accurate payroll inputs, benefits data, and employee reimbursements.

HRIS & Employee Records Management

  • Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (HRIS) for transfers, exits, and organizational changes.
  • Conduct periodic checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with documentation standards.

Payroll Coordination

  • Collate attendance, shift allowances, and variable pay data for payroll processing.
  • Validate inputs and coordinate with central payroll team for timely disbursement.

Compliance & Audit Readiness

  • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity) and internal HR policies.
  • Prepare and submit accurate documentation for internal and external audits.

Exit & Full & Final Settlements

  • Manage exit formalities and coordinate with IT, Finance, and Admin for smooth clearance.
  • Process full & final settlements accurately and within defined timelines.

Employee Query Resolution

  • Respond to HR-related queries (payroll, benefits, HRIS access) within defined SLAs.
  • Maintain high employee satisfaction through prompt and accurate support.

Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare and share HR operations reports on headcount, payroll accuracy, and compliance metrics.
  • Assist in generating dashboards for regional HR leadership.

Process Improvement Support

  • Identify gaps in HR processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support digitization initiatives and adoption of HR technology tools.

Education

  • Graduate / MBA in Human Resources or related fields.

Experience

  • 1–4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a regional or multi-location setup.
  • Hands-on experience in HRIS systems, payroll coordination, and compliance processes.
