Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive to support the execution and operational health of our Beauty Private Label brands.
You will be responsible for the daily maintenance of on-site properties, tracking revenue metrics, coordinating inventory pipelines, and managing flawless system-level execution (such as cart rules and catalog updates).
This role is ideal for a data-driven executor who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and possesses a sharp eye for quality control and cross-functional coordination.
Revenue Targets & Commercial Growth
- **Target Support:**
- Assist in driving daily tasks required to meet the planned yearly revenue targets for Private Label Beauty brands.
- **Tactical Execution:**
- Execute operational tasks for brand events and daily site movements to support DRR and market share (%MS) growth.
- **SKU Listing:**
- Coordinate the cataloging and system-side setup of new SKU launches to establish quick visibility in new categories.
- **Listing Enhancement:**
- Update catalogs, adjust prices, and monitor basic PLA settings to help improve site CTRs.
- **Data Compilation:**
- Maintain daily and weekly data trackers meticulously to surface trends for team review and course correction.
- **Daily Site Hygiene:**
- Maintain zero-error execution of daily homepage uploads, cart rules, and page curations to eliminate revenue loss.
Homepage Planning & Share of Voice (SOV)
- **Sheet Maintenance:**
- Maintain the homepage planning sheet accurately, tracking visibility and actual impressions against planned timelines.
- **Data Monitoring:**
- Track daily homepage CTR data and flag any immediate performance drops to the manager.
- **Calendar Coordination:**
- Assist in organizing the monthly banner calendar, keeping track of spotlights, launches, and takeovers.
- **Visibility Coordination:**
- Coordinate with the site team for regular banner slots and follow up on asset placement.
- **Visual QC:**
- Conduct regular, detailed quality checks on the Homepage and CLPs to verify correct pricing, banners, and spots.
- **Asset Uploads:**
- Execute the timely and accurate upload of CLP banners, PLAs, and L3 banners onto the backend.
Discount & Margin Management
- **Discount Execution:**
- Configure promotional and discount parameters in the system to ensure compliance with yearly discount targets.
- **Price Tracking:**
- Track and report competitor Selling Prices (SP) and Dealer Prices (DP) to ensure brand competitiveness.
- **Campaign Audits:**
- Check active on-site promotions daily to confirm they match pre-aligned brand discount strategies.
- **Spend Logging:**
- Log daily promotional costs and update discount trackers to help flag potential budget overruns.
Supply Chain & Inventory Health
- **Inventory Tracking:**
- Monitor stock levels and flag potential OOS or low-inventory situations based on core metrics.
- **Inwarding Follow-up:**
- Track new launch inventory pipelines and follow up with SCM to ensure timely warehouse inwarding.
- **Promotional Stocking:**
- Calculate and request baseline quantities for normal SKUs, GWPs, and pre-packed combos for BAU and sale days.
- **Stock Tracking:**
- Maintain lists of slow-moving and Clear-To-End (CTE) stock to support the team in deploying liquidation discounts.
Special Projects, Training & Channel Management
- **Operational Continuity:**
- Cover routine operational tasks for peers during short-term absences to maintain workflow consistency.
- **SOP Maintenance:**
- Help update and follow New Joiner SOPs to secure immediate software and system access for new team members.
- **Cross-Functional Sync:**
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (SCM, Retail, Category) to dispatch marketing assets and product details on time.
- **Reporting & Documentation:**
- Gather data for quarterly trend decks and monthly insights reports to capture market shifts and portfolio gaps.
Knowledge and Skill/Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Category, Brand Management.
- **E-commerce & Brand Literacy:**
- Deep understanding of online beauty retail, e-commerce metrics (CTR, ROAS, SOV, DRR), and competitive market landscapes.
- **Analytical Prowess:**
- Ability to transform daily trackers, revenue data, and inventory reports into actionable commercial strategies.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
- Strong interpersonal skills to seamlessly align with Supply Chain (SCM), Retail, Category, and Central Site teams.
- **Operational Excellence:**
- High attention to detail regarding visual merchandising, site quality control, and discount compliance.
