About This Role
Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Senior Executive Assistant to directly support the Founder & General Manager in a fast-paced, high-level business environment spanning legal, strategic, and commercial activities.
This is not a traditional administrative role.
The position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can operate as a trusted right hand—supporting executive decision-making, managing complex priorities, and facilitating high-level engagements with international partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the executive’s calendar, prioritizing strategic engagements
- Act as a gatekeeper, handling communications and filtering priorities
- Prepare executive-level presentations, briefs, and summaries
- Review and organize contracts, agreements, and key documents
- Track negotiations, action items, and deal progress
- Coordinate with internal teams, legal advisors, and international partners
- Draft professional correspondence on behalf of the executive
- Maintain strict confidentiality across all matters
