Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, organization, and execution of events and activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure event readiness.
- Manage event logistics, venues, equipment, and required materials.
- Prepare operational schedules and follow up on tasks according to approved plans.
- Provide on-site event support and resolve operational challenges.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase requests, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure event venues are fully prepared and meet quality standards.
- Prepare post-event reports and document outcomes and feedback.
Requirements
- Experience or knowledge in event planning and coordination.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively within a team.
- Flexibility and willingness to work on-site.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساهمة في تخطيط وتنظيم وتنفيذ الفعاليات والأنشطة المختلفة.
- التنسيق مع الموردين والجهات ذات العلاقة لضمان جاهزية متطلبات الفعاليات.
- متابعة التجهيزات اللوجستية والمواقع والمعدات والمواد المطلوبة.
- إعداد الجداول التشغيلية ومتابعة تنفيذ المهام وفق الخطط المعتمدة.
- الإشراف الميداني أثناء الفعاليات ومعالجة التحديات التشغيلية.
- متابعة عروض الأسعار وطلبات الشراء والتنسيق مع الموردين.
- التأكد من جاهزية مواقع الفعاليات والالتزام بمعايير الجودة.
- إعداد تقارير ما بعد الفعاليات وتوثيق النتائج والملاحظات.
المتطلبات
- خبرة أو معرفة في تنظيم وإدارة الفعاليات.
- مهارات تواصل وتنظيم وإدارة وقت ممتازة.
- القدرة على التنسيق مع عدة جهات والعمل ضمن فريق.
- المرونة والاستعداد للعمل الميداني.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد.
