Al Rashid AG Landscapes seeks a Senior Estimator specializing in softscape, irrigation, and landscape works.
Key requirements
- At least 10 years of landscaping estimation experience, including softscape and irrigation projects.
- Strong expertise in quantity takeoffs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and tendering.
- Ability to review technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Experience preparing competitive technical and commercial proposals.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- GCC experience is highly preferred.
Core work
- Estimate softscape, irrigation, and landscape works.
- Prepare quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and BOQs for tendering.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
