Role overview
The Senior Estimator role focuses on estimation for interior fit-out and joinery projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain bills of quantities, proposals, drawings, quotations, and other documents in response to customer inquiries.
- Follow procedures and keep project data updated in the ERP system.
- Stay involved through project completion and assist the execution team with required changes.
- Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Research competitors, upcoming projects, and new materials and technologies to support project wins and reduce execution costs.
- Resolve clients’ technical queries and conduct site visits when required.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of joinery and interior estimation experience is required.
- Experience in the interior fit-out and joinery sector is required.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
