• We’re looking for someone who knows villa construction inside out — not just from drawings, but from real project experience in the UAE.
• If you’ve been pricing villas, managing tenders, and negotiating with subcontractors, this role puts you right where those decisions matter.
• What you’ll be doing
• Preparing accurate cost estimates for villa projects
• Reviewing drawings, specs, and tender documents
• Managing BOQs and full tender submissions
• Evaluating subcontractor quotes and negotiating pricing
• Working closely with design, procurement, and project teams
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities without cutting quality
• Reporting costs and supporting commercial decisions
• What we’re looking for
• 7+ years of experience in estimation or quantity surveying
• Strong background in villa / residential construction (UAE preferred)
• Solid understanding of local market rates and materials
• Strong Excel and estimation software skills
• Clear communication and commercial awareness
