Role Description

  • We are hiring a Founding Enterprise Growth Lead for Earn AI.
  • This is a senior, hands-on enterprise role for someone who wants to build, not inherit, a sales engine.
  • Earn AI is Rentify’s AI operating layer for rental portfolios.
  • It helps property managers and landlords turn fragmented spreadsheets, contracts, cheque schedules and portfolio data into structured, actionable workflows across renewals, collections, risk and revenue.
  • We are looking for someone who can help take Earn AI from early enterprise adoption to tens of thousands of live units across the UAE.
  • You will:
  • Own and close strategic enterprise accounts
  • Build relationships with property managers, institutional landlords, developers and family offices
  • Lead customers from first meeting to data upload, pilot, rollout and expansion
  • Help shape our enterprise proposition, pricing and sales process
  • Work closely with product, operations and implementation
  • Coach and support a small, flat enterprise team
  • Remain personally involved in the largest and most important deals
  • This is not a traditional Head of Sales role.
  • There is no large team to manage, no mature playbook to inherit and no room for passengers.
  • We are looking for a player-coach who can sell, build process, open doors and create a repeatable path to scale.
  • You may be a strong Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Regional Sales Manager or Business Development Director ready to step into a broader leadership role.
  • You should have:
  • Strong enterprise B2B sales experience in the UAE
  • Experience selling software, data, fintech or operational platforms
  • Existing relationships across property management, real estate or institutional landlords
  • A track record of personally closing and expanding large accounts
  • Comfort working with complex data, implementation and operational stakeholders
  • The ability to operate with pace, structure and commercial discipline
  • The right person will have a clear path to become Head of Enterprise Growth as the function scales.
