Senior Engineering Test Technician

You’ll be the final checkpoint before our designs get to our customers — testing, validating, and making sure everything performs to perfection.

Set up and run qualification tests on precision bellows, assemblies, and finished parts

Read and understand technical drawings, qualification test plans, and customer specifications

Work with engineers to develop test setups capable of meeting test requirements

Support multiple test plans simultaneously with multiple active tests per plan

Use mechanical tools and test equipment to run qualification tests

Identify and work to correct test issues

Keep quality, safety, and data integrity at the forefront of everything

Use basic computer systems for data entry and job tracking

Maintain and grow the capabilities of the engineering test lab

Support your team — train others, share knowledge, and raise the bar

Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/prints

Comfortable following written work instructions and procedures

High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality

Skills in rigorous note-taking and data collection

Working knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, including hoses, valves, and regulators

Comfortable working with high-pressure systems (6,000+ PSI)

Ability to accurately install, read, and interpret pressure and temperature gauges

Ability to assemble basic electrical wiring of the sensors and valves necessary to run tests

A high school diploma, GED, or technical school associates degree

Experience working in a laboratory environment

5-10 years experience in a hands-on technician role

Hiring Range: $76,000-96,000 annually.

Final compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, relevant qualifications, and internal equity.
