Senior Engineering Project Executive
About This Role
Job Summary:
BMP Engineering Services Qatar is seeking a results-driven Senior Engineering Project Executive to lead complex engineering and infrastructure projects in Doha. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee large-scale project delivery, manage multidisciplinary teams, and drive operational excellence across engineering projects. What you'll do:
- Lead end-to-end execution of engineering projects from planning through completion
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery
- Oversee engineering teams, contractors, and consultants
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with stakeholders across engineering, procurement, and construction
- Monitor project performance, KPIs, and reporting to senior leadership
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Drive process improvements and project efficiency initiatives
- Review technical plans, specifications, and engineering documentation
- Build and lead high-performing project teams
Requirements:
- Experience in engineering project management, construction, or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle, engineering processes, and execution
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Leadership and team management experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
