Senior Engineering Manager

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join the Playrix Technology team to work on the Playrix game engine, platform services, and tools for the company's games. We value a product-oriented approach and the sharing of best practices within teams, and we pay great attention to the quality and reliability of our solutions.

Build a strong team to ensure high-performance and growth: hiring, coaching and mentoring, leading engineers

Partner with Technical Producers to build and execute the tech product roadmap

Ensure engineering excellence: analyze the tech, tools, solution design and production/ops practices efficiency and quality, lead the initiatives to improve it

Experience working with high-load products with distributed architecture

Stack: C++, Python, Go, JS

Experience producing tools for mobile/desktop products development

Understanding of game engine architecture
