Job Description Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Project Engineer (Saudi National) to join our team! In this role you will get to integrate and coordinate engineering, scope, schedule, procurement, and construction activities to ensure successful delivery of medium-sized projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Integrate engineering, procurement, construction, and start-up activities across the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage engineering scope, schedules, and budgets for assigned project elements.
• Monitor progress to ensure alignment with project timelines and budget requirements, identifying and managing scope changes.
• Coordinate procurement activities, including defining technical requirements, supporting bid evaluations, and liaising with vendors and subcontractors.
• Review technical deliverables to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and quality requirements.
• Monitor productivity and technical performance of assigned personnel and support resource optimization.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and technical support groups.
• Support the Project Manager in planning, execution, and control of project technical functions.
• Ensure all engineering disciplines meet client requirements and project scope.
• Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and manuals.
• Review and approve change orders and communicate impacts to relevant stakeholders.
• Act as deputy to the Project Manager for selected activities when required.
• Support construction planning and may be required to relocate to project site during execution phases.
• Facilitate communication and follow-up on action items with clients and internal teams.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Typically 10+ years of related engineering experience, including project engineering exposure.
• Strong understanding of project execution, engineering coordination, and multidisciplinary integration.
• Proven leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards, codes, and industry practices.
• Proficiency in engineering software, CAD tools, and MS Office applications.
• Experience in MEP systems and coordination.
