Senior Engineer/Project Manager

Experience/knowledge of PennDOT design criteria

Ability to plan, budget, and schedule preparation on all phases of an engineering design project using engineering principles.

Ability to work independently or with teams.

Experience working with clients, and teaming partners.

Efficient use of engineering software, including ORD and 3D modeling software.

12+ years of transportation design experience.

PE License preferred.

Ability to work independently to solve engineering design issues and provide justification for the work, coordinate with internal staff as well as external clients and teaming partners.

Ability to provide direction to more junior level staff during project development.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Looks for and seizes opportunities to improve work products.

Has a sense of pride and ownership in work product.

Beginning to join professional organizations and establishing relations.
