The role focuses on network operations, information security management, infrastructure availability, and project coordination.
Network and Security Operations
- Maintain, operate, and harden essential IT network operations.
- Operate network devices including Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switches and routers.
- Operate wireless controllers, Cisco security tools, Palo Alto firewalls, and Fortinet firewalls.
- Operate security tools including Forescout NAC, Cisco ISE, and F5 WAF.
Information Security Management
- Implement, operate, and maintain the Information Security Management System based on the ISO/IEC 27000 series.
- Support obtaining the organization's certification against ISO/IEC 27001.
Infrastructure and Coordination
- Nurture dependable IT infrastructure and networking that remains available.
- Partner with internal and external partners to communicate and follow up on project status, activities, and achievements.
Requirements
- Experience operating and hardening enterprise network and information security infrastructure.
- Knowledge of network devices, wireless controllers, firewalls, NAC, and WAF technologies used in the environment.
- Experience supporting an Information Security Management System based on the ISO/IEC 27000 series.
- Understanding of ISO/IEC 27001 certification requirements.
- Ability to coordinate project status and activities with internal and external partners.
