Senior Engineer- Mech Process- Design

Experience

• 1-4 years of experience in relevant design discipline
• Experience in engineering packages Qualification
• Postgraduate or graduate in an engineering discipline Key Responsibilities 1. - Preparing and review of feasibility reports, detailed project reports, design basis reports for different systems - Conceptual design, basic designs and detailed engineering deliverables - Interdepartmental coordination and client / supplier interactions - Sound exposure to Codes (national and International). - Exposure to environmental regulations. - Carry out basic process design of the plants mentioned including technology selection, techno economic comparisons. - Preparation of water balance diagrams, design calculations, procurement specification, data sheets, technical bid evaluation, vendor drawing review and vendor coordination. - Understanding water analysis, ionic balancing, line sizing, pressure drop calculation, pump/equipment sizing & hydraulics, chemical consumption calculation etc., - Preparation of layouts, General Arrangement drawings and PFD / PID's. - Knowledge of HAZOP - Software tool based working knowledge [SPPID knowledge preferrable] Competencies Drives Results Demonstrates Self-Awareness Ensures Accountability Instills Trust Persuades Resourcefulness Decision Quality Situational Adaptability Manages Complexity Being Resilient
