Conduct technical and historical research in support of environmental contamination, toxic tort, and natural resource damage litigation
Draft expert reports
Review and analyze technical papers and reports
Review and analyze pleadings, deposition transcripts and document discovery
Prepare expert witnesses for deposition and trial testimony
Communicate with clients and counsel
Master’s Degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering
Professional Engineer license
10+ years relevant experience
Experience with per- and polyfluoroalkyl (PFAS) substances
Understanding of basic sciences such as chemistry, geology and biology
Understanding of site remediation technical and regulatory processes
GIS skills a plus
Competency in Microsoft Office and litigation support software applications
Team player with a high degree of self-motivation
Excellent oral and written communication skills
