Senior Engineer - IT Solutions Design and Development

Job purpose

Strategy and operations

• Support implementation plans and the automation roadmap, aligning upgrades, budgets, and timelines with digital strategy and enterprise architecture.
• Contribute data and risk insights to business cases for automation and integration initiatives, supporting strategic prioritization and resource planning.
• Maintain the centralized applications repository and associated support-contract, platform, technology, vendor, and server details in enterprise tools.
• Manage system integrations, assess changes' impacts on design and architecture, and coordinate implementation across departments.
• Manage change and bug-fix requests, including classification, assessment, prioritization, escalation, and continuous improvement of related standards.

Product and process improvement

• Analyze usage metrics and service-delivery gaps and recommend improvements to efficiency, license reuse, and customer satisfaction.
• Research emerging technologies, model new processes, and update change-management standards and mitigation plans to strengthen reliability and governance compliance.

Education, experience, and qualification

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, computer science, or systems engineering.
• Related-field experience: 3+ years with a master’s degree or 5+ years with a bachelor’s degree.
• PMP certification.
