- Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and scope of work.
- Prepare detailed
- cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works.
- Perform quantity take-offs and pricing analysis.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Analyze vendor offers and prepare comparison sheets.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for submission.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams during tender stages.
- Identify risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving measures.
- Maintain estimation databases and historical cost records.
- Participate in tender clarification meetings and client discussions
