Senior Engineer- Enterprise Command & Control

Deliver decision-grade studies, analytical reports, and use cases while executing departmental correspondence, documentation, and quality activities to support unified operations within the RTA Enterprise Command and Control (ECC) environment.

• Prepare departmental studies and analytical reports and synthesize insights that inform leadership decisions and prioritization.
• Contribute to the institutional knowledge-management system in line with the internal knowledge-management plan.
• Contribute to departmental work policies, procedures, and method statements to standardize
  delivery.
• Prepare and review internal and external correspondence, circulations, and administrative orders for the Enterprise Command and Control Department (ECCD).
• Support responses to management instructions, tasks, and directions; ensure continuous follow-up on higher-management letters.
• Support the review and preparation of department-level reports, studies, and technical plans; follow up implementation of ECCD roles and responsibilities.
• Prepare and develop department presentation materials for leadership reviews and committee forums.
• Prepare and develop Statements of Work (SOWs) for direct contractors and support timely processing of direct contracts with minimal delays.
• Support budget planning and execution activities in coordination with concerned sections.
• Manage internal and external visits and physical access arrangements for ECC in accordance with approved protocols.
• Execute department quality activities (e.g., documentation accuracy, version control, records
  readiness) and track corrective actions to closure.
• Package analytical outputs into clear decision briefs and dashboards to accelerate leadership actions.
• Capture lessons learned from correspondence, plans, and visits to improve templates, workflows, and review cadences.
• Recommend enhancements to study methods and presentation formats to improve clarity,
  comparability, and reuse.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree in Engineering/ Information Systems
• Experience: 1+ years in case of Master’s degree (2+ years in case of Bachelor’s degree)
