Project and site operations
- Manage multiple projects; plan activities, manpower deployment, site visits, and inspections; monitor progress against approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate site engineers, project managers, contractors, clients, and consultants; identify operational issues and implement corrective measures.
- Review RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and related civil works; verify compliance with drawings, BOQs, IS Codes, NBC provisions, and applicable CPWD standards.
- Inspect sites for defects, deviations, and workmanship issues; ensure observations and non-conformities are resolved.
- Establish quality procedures and project quality plans; review inspection reports, checklists, test reports, material approvals, and quality records.
- Investigate recurring quality issues, recommend preventive and corrective action, and verify completed corrections before closure.
- Review progress reports and planned-versus-actual progress; identify delays and review measurements, BOQs, contractor bills, and work quantities.
- Prepare technical reports, dashboards, inspection summaries, and management updates; escalate technical, quality, safety, and schedule risks.
- Lead site and quality engineers; allocate work, monitor performance, conduct technical reviews and meetings, and identify training needs.
- Coordinate with clients and project stakeholders; communicate technical observations and support presentations, proposals, mobilisation, and service delivery.
- Monitor building and project compliance; coordinate safety observations, maintain site and inspection records, and support audits and management reviews.
Qualifications and experience
- B.Tech or B.E. in Civil Engineering is listed as the qualification; a bachelor's degree is marked preferred in the education section.
- Construction-site experience of 10 years is required. The preferred profile requests 10–15 years of relevant civil engineering experience.
- Practical experience in PMC, project execution, QA/QC, or construction consultancy is required in the skills section.
- Experience managing multiple projects, teams, or a geographical territory is preferred.
- Experience with real estate developers, commercial buildings, residential projects, or institutional projects is preferred.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, structural works, and finishing activities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, project reporting, and MS Office.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical reports.
- Leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, client-handling, and coordination skills are requested.
- English is required.
Work location and travel
- Work location is in person; the role includes travel to project sites across Delhi NCR and other assigned locations.

Pay
- Pay is ₹50,000–₹65,000 per month.
